Price Policy:
All orders are subject to acceptance by Crescent Manufacturing Company.  Pricing in effect at the time of the shipment.  Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment Terms:
For shipments to the EMEIA Net 60 days.  Letter of credit required.  We also accept credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) which are subject to a 3.5% convenience fee.

Freight Terms:
All orders are Ex Works (EXW).

Minimum Orders:
$495.  Case quantities only.

Taxes, Duties:
Local taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Scope of Terms:
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, this price list will constitute Crescent’s entire terms and obligations upon accepting any order, regardless of the terms, stipulations, etc.  In any request for quotation, or as may appear in any order format now or later submitted by the purchaser.

Return of Goods
No product will be accepted without a “Return Merchandise Authorization” form
provided by Crescent Manufacturing Company. If a return is authorized, returned product will be inspected for cause as outlined in the MRA, and if found defective, will be credited. Transportation charges must be prepaid.
